Celebrating Betty K.’s KOPS Status
Betty K. has reached KOPS status! We are excited to have a new KOPS.
At our March 27th meeting, she shared some things she changed in her life that led to her success:
“I started exercising Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I spend an hour weight lifting and walk on the treadmill. I started watching what I eat. I quit eating cake, pie, and candy for lent, and I also eat more protein than I used to.”
Obviously, Betty found a combination that works! Chapter members brought 13 items signifying the 13 lbs that Betty lost. You can see some of her “loot” in the pictures. Great job, Betty. We are proud of you.
