This is surprisingly good, easy to make, and about half the calories of other cakes. When I made it I didn’t get the cream cheese thin enough and it didn’t swirl as nicely as I wanted it to. It needs to be about the consistency of thick pancake batter. Next time I think that I will try adding some ginger and cloves just for a change.
