That’s great! I really love exercising after I actually get myself to do it. And I feel so good afterward!

Me, too. I hardly recognize myself in photos because I’m not fat in my mind. But then I see a photo and I think “that’s me???” Hope I can take off the weight someday!

These sound very interesting to me. Sometimes I’m not sure I want something telling me how much I haven’t moved, though 😉 One of my workout partners won a Fit Flex (I think that is what it is called) that you wear on your wrist. Does the same thing. They are expensive though.

I keep trying to think of something! I have 13 cats – how’s that for unusual. It’s not by choice! My neighbors will not have their cats neutered, so when they reach population overload, they spill over to my place. Anybody want a cat?

More and more cardio! Today I did fast walking for 35 minutes, slower walking for 12 minutes. That was a lot of walking! I’m tired.

I find that boredom is a big trigger for me as well. Especially at work. Work gets pretty dull around mid-afternoon, so I try to remember to have some fruit on hand at all times. Raw almonds are also a good snack if you don’t overdo. I also try to remember to get up and walk around either outside or inside.

At home, I quit keeping things like crackers, chips and sweets of any kind. Seems like always about 9:30 or so, I want a snack. I’ve tried drinking water and telling myself to get over it. Not sure that works real well.

One of the tips that Billie gave in a program once, was do a craft or something that will keep your hands busy so you can’t be stuffing things in your mouth.

You can buy it at Walmart. I can’t remember what section. Maybe by the oatmeal. It tastes a lot like tabouli to me. Kind of nutty grain flavor.

You can pick up Amy’s frozen dinners at the Braums on the west side. I think they also have them at Wal-Mart.

I heard they had a recall on them recently. Don’t know what year.

Good job, Jana. I did five minutes on the elliptical and my legs hurt like crazy for days! I’m working my up slowly now, too.

I really enjoy yoga and wish I had more time for it. I am trying to talk myself into doing yoga in the evening to help relax. I’m in what Patty described last night as the thinking about it stage.
